Board of Directors

A Board of Directors with an Executive Committee consisting of a President, Vice President and Secretary oversees the governance of the Chicago Mosaic School. The Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring the school’s prudent use of all assets and providing oversight for all activities that advance the school’s effectiveness and sustainability. Members of the Board come from a variety of backgrounds and professional fields, and serve without compensation. Board Members serve two-year terms and may be nominated to renew their term. Board Members serve on active committees and Board meetings are conducted at least quarterly. Vacancies are filled by the Board of Directors with recommendations from the Executive Director.
