HAMMERED!~ A Celebration of Wine and Mosaic Fundraiser
HAMMERED! is a fun event where you can experience the unique art community of CMS 1127 West Granville Ave.
This year, our annual fundraiser will bring much needed assistance from our relocation and recent expansion to our new home. Funds raised will help The Chicago Mosaic School in our programming, operational costs and outreach efforts both inside and outside of our Edgewater community!
The exciting event will include wine and beer, appetizers and tours of the school. Additionally, we’re excited to share the opening of “The Marks That Make” exhibition on view in The Gallery of Contemporary Mosaics (GoCM), and our 1127 Artists studios. HAMMERED! will also showcase mosaic demos and discussions with CMS artists and faculty.
As a unique non-profit arts organization in our 13th year, we are the only school for Mosaic Arts outside of Europe. We continue to change the lives of our students, the school and community partners that we serve– and there is more that we can do!
Thank you for your support in sustaining our mission to provide excellence in classical and contemporary Mosaic Arts education to students, teachers and the public in Chicago and around the world. The Chicago Mosaic School wouldn’t be anything without you, and we’d love to celebrate our space with you.
Join us on September 14th from 6p-10pm for art, friends, and more.
Now…let’s get HAMMERED!
